This little guy…. I have been taking pictures of him since before he was here! His mom, called me up for a maternity session a little over a year ago. From there we did baby and then cake smash photos too. And here we are again watching this little man adventure and exploring the park.

When your little people won’t stay still for family photos do something that they love. And don’t force it! It’ll happen, have fun and they’ll be way more into the idea of being in the photos. Play games!! Make it fun, because it’s never fun leaving a family session you’ve been prepping weeks for only to be frustrated and thinking you won’t be doing that again for a long time!

For these family photos we met at Birds Hill and didn’t just focus on one thing, when we saw a bug we stopped to point it out to him. It’s more of a story of going out and less of a super formal photo series. You’ll get more smiles when you slow down and have fun… and not just from the kids but you and your spouse will have fun too!
